What is DCUnitedSuites.com?

DCUnitedSuites.com is the official single match suites website of D.C. United. This website is operated by D.C. United and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from D.C. United.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a D.C. United suite?

To rent a D.C. United suite at Audi Field, click on the match(s) you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the D.C. United Premium Seating Department at 202-655-2864 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the D.C. United Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned a D.C. United Account Manager Account and provided instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure access into Audi Field.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on DCUnitedSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites on all levels are ADA Accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on DCUnitedSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Please note: Should you choose additional catering, there would be additional associated expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event or for another D.C. United match.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

All single-event suite rentals include a catering package which includes select food and beverage options. Additional catering is available to purchase at an added cost in advance of your event.

Following your suite purchase, a D.C. United representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Any catering preorders will be due 3 business days prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Different food and beverage packages are included with a suite rental for D.C. United matches. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suite and can be customized to your preference.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

All D.C. United suite rentals come with the maximum number of tickets available to purchase.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites as we provide the maximum number of tickets allowed for each suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Audi Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a match with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite?

Audi Field adheres to a Bag Policy which can be found at https://www.dcunited.com/matchday/bag-policy. For additional rules, please refer to the D.C. United match day page closer to match day or contact a representative from the D.C. United Premium Team.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets will provide access to the East Sideline Suite Level located just above the EagleBank Club.

Matchday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite does not include parking passes. Please visit our Transportation Guide or SpotHero for parking options for all D.C. United matches.

Where do I find the VIP Entrance?

Our VIP entrance can be found directly next to the Ticketmaster Box Office along Audi Drive. Your D.C. United representative will share details on the best way to access the entrance based on where you will be arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the match?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant provided by Levy Restaurants. In-match food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. Please note the Matchday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity is customary, but certainly up to your discretion.

If I have an issue with my suite on matchday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your D.C. United representative as well as Audi Field staff.
